About the course

The Advanced Mining Development Programme is a comprehensive learning journey designed to strengthen both the technical and leadership capabilities required within modern mining environments. The programme combines technical mining knowledge, practical workplace application, and modern leadership development to build stronger operational capability, commercial understanding, problem-solving, and leadership effectiveness. Participants will explore key technical mining disciplines including mining development, labour supervision, strata control, geology, survey, mineral processing, and mining economics, while also developing critical leadership capabilities such as emotional intelligence, strategic leadership, neuroscience-informed decision-making, and high-performance team leadership.
